Dear Neighbor:
There are many reasons for joining the Neighborhood Association. You do not have to be a homeowner to join - all neighbors are encouraged to become members, including renters. The benefits are numerous and your membership fee helps keep the Association functioning... plus, it entitles you to the following benefits:
NEWSLETTER - You will receive periodic newsletters throughout the year, keeping you abreast of current happenings in the neighborhood. Dues go towards printing and mailing.
CRIME WATCH PROGRAM - Receive alerts when crime-related activity is reported in or near our neighborhood.
NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY - In addition to the normal lists of names and phone numbers of our neighbors, the Directory also includes a list of children (and some adults) in the neighborhood willing to do babysitting, house sitting, pet sitting, and lawn mowing; there is even a sign that you can cut out and post on your front door in order to stop door-to-door solicitation; plus there is a neighborhood map, and more.
SERVICE PROVIDER LIST - Find a reputable plumber, auto mechanic, sprinkler repair person or any other type of service provider that comes highly recommended by your neighbors – an EXCELLENT RESOURCE.
SOCIAL EVENTS - These are all voluntary, no fees go toward these events.
E-MAILS - By supplying your e-mail address, you can receive time-sensitive, neighborhood related e-mails such as alerts, lost/found animals, crime in area, neighbors in need, neighborhood events, neighborhood concerns such as speeding cars, emergency help, etc. All e-mail addresses are treated as confidential and are never sold or given away to others... plus, your e-mail address can be on the neighborhood e-mail distribution list without appearing in the Directory if you request that it be excluded from the Directory. Also, we will alert you as soon as the website is up and running and provide you information on how to access MEMBERS ONLY SECTION.

Information relating to our neighborhood will be on the website with an exclusive MEMBERS ONLY section to include online access to the Service Provider list, access to a neighborhood Bulletin Board, membership renewal on PayPal, access to the Calloway's Discount Coupon - Receive $5 off of a $25 purchase... and more.
On behalf of the WNA Board of Directors, we would like to THANK YOU for your participation. Together, we can maintain a safe, friendly neighborhood.
